  1. INVOLVED PARTIES: CNA Viterbo and Civitavecchia, located at Via I Maggio 3, 01100 Viterbo, are the Data Controllers (“the Controller”). CNA has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted at the following address: dpo@cnavt-civ.it. The processing of personal data may also be carried out by third parties on behalf of the Controller; in this case, the Controller will formally appoint them as Data Processors and define their tasks and processing limits in writing.   2. TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING: The Site collects various categories of personal data:
  • The so-called browsing data (internet protocol (IP) address; type of browser and device parameters used to connect to the site; name of the internet service provider (ISP); date and time of visit; referring webpage of the visitor (referral) and exit page). This data is used anonymously and collected in aggregate form solely for statistical purposes, to allow the proper functioning of the site, and for security reasons. The processing of this type of data is therefore permitted based on the Controller’s legitimate interest and does not require your consent.
  • On the Site, you can subscribe to our newsletter, contact CNA by filling out the contact form. To use these features, we will ask you to provide us with your contact details (name, surname, and email address). This data is processed for the specific purpose for which it was collected (sending the newsletter, contacting the Controller) using manual and/or computerized and telematic tools to ensure their security, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with applicable regulations. Providing this data is optional, and its processing is based on your consent. Your refusal to provide the requested data will not affect your navigation on the Site but will prevent us from processing your request.
  • The Site uses cookies, which are small text files that allow the collection and storage of information about user preferences. DATA RECIPIENTS: Personal data collected on the Site is intended for the administrative, commercial, communication staff, and system administrators of the Controller, the DPO, and, in general, all those responsible, delegates, and processors appointed by the Controller in the performance of their duties. The data may also be communicated to third parties providing the Controller with external website management services, market research, technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies, and those engaged in profiling activities.

Finally, please note that the collected data will never be disseminated and will not be disclosed without your explicit consent, except for necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public authorities, consultants, or other subjects for compliance with legal obligations.

  1. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD. The personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. Contact data for newsletter subscription will be kept until your cancellation from the service is communicated.   • the right to ask the Controller for access to your personal data and their rectification or erasure or the restriction of processing or to object to their processing;

  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority).

It is also your right to obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, to obtain the following information: the purposes, the categories of data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients, and all information about their origin.
